Dear Friends, SPRING BREAK!! Time for this needlework shop owner to take a vacation so I can have time to stitch! closed: Wednesday April 27 thru Wednesday May 4 re-open: Thursday May 5 Also, we're celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with a vacation together -- how about that! closed Sunday May 29 thru Monday June 6 re-open Tuesday June 7 **As was mentioned several newsletters back, some finishers have now retired so there are less in an industry with too few already. With that in mind, your completed needlework work must be at The Wooden Needle by August 1 FIRM to meet Christmas finishing deadlines. This is for cross stitch and needlepoint. Please be sure to look over your stitched piece very carefully before delivering it to me. Check to be sure all stitching is complete. Also, if you have seen a picture of finished work that you like, please download a copy. It helps the finisher understand what is expected or not. You have spent much time and money stitching, let's get it finished beautifully!** Remember to always call before traveling any distance just to be sure the shop is open! How lucky we are! Another Spring -- there is still a small patch of snow up at the cabin and as I type this, I'm looking at sunny dandelions outside my shop window!
